Designer Jamie Lim grew up in South East Asia, surrounded by the batik kaftans worn by her mother, and handmade rattan dining chairs. As she witnessed these artisanal goods be replaced by mass produced synthetics, Jamie created Kayu as a means to offer timeless personal and home accessories, made with the finest natural materials, and preserve indigenous craft. Featuring yarn-wrapped handles with coordinating raffia pompoms, the St. Tropez Tote is meant for seaside vacations and sunny days, weekends away, or chic day-trips into town.

Handcrafted from all-natural dried woven seagrass straw using a time-honored Filipino basketweaving technique. Features yarn-wrapped handles with coordinating raffia pompoms.
